We are equipped to transcribe from digital voice files, mini, micro and standard cassettes. We can receive your files via e-mail or a secure FTP site and return your converted files to you in MS Word via e-mail or upload them to a third party server. Types of transcription projects include interviews, reports, biographies, focus groups, investigation and surveillance audio, oral histories, correspondence, books and articles for publication, blogs, webcasts, etc.

All transcription is performed by native English speakers with an excellent command of the language. Transcriptions are subject to a final quality assurance review prior to being returned to the client.

Transcription rates are based on Industry Production Standards, which take into account the number of voices recorded, the tape quality, the speaker characteristics, and any special conditions or client requirements when determining the cost of the project. Document editing and comprehensive proofreading are available at an additional cost.
